Rule #1:
No changes can be made to either tournament or organizational rules without a 60% approval of active members that choose to participate in the vote for the purposed rule change.

Rule #2:
All motions for a vote must be made available for members to review for a minimum of one month before the vote. A concerted effort must also be made to ensure members are aware of the motion put fourth.

Rule #3:
Membership Fee is $20 per year. Upon receipt of membership fee, member will receive active member status for one year from that point.

Rule #4:
Inappropriate language, solicitations, or displays of poor sportsmanship will not be permitted in the Angler’s Forum.

Rule #5:

150 Series Team Tournament Financial Structure

I. Entry Fees.

A. 85% of entry fees for each tournament will be paid in that tournament’s winnings.

B. 5% of entry fees for each tournament will be paid to the tournament director of that tournament.

C. 10% of entry fees will be paid to the Bass Fishing Guild

II. For proceeds other than Membership Fees or Entry Fees collected on behalf of an individual 150 Series Team Division or Tournament i.e. 150 Series Team tournament sponsorships or donations.

A. 75% of all such proceeds collected on behalf of a Bass Fishing Guild Division or Tournament will be paid as tournament winnings in the individual tournament or division for which they are collected.

B. 20% of such proceeds will be paid to the Tournament Director of that division or tournament.

C. 5% will be paid to the Bass Fishing Guild

III. For proceeds other than Membership Fees or Entry Fees collected by the Bass Fishing Guild on behalf of all 150 Series Team Tournaments i.e. 150 Series Team Tournament sponsorships or donations.

A. 75% of all proceeds collected by Bass Fishing Guild on behalf of all Bass Fishing Guild Divisions will be divided among all Bass Fishing Guild Tournaments and paid as tournament winnings.

B. 10% will be divided by the total number of Bass Fishing Guild tournaments and then paid to the director of each tournament.

C. 15% will be paid to the Bass Fishing Guild.

IV. Prizes contributed to Bass Fishing Guild may be awarded as tournament winnings in place of money.

A. Prizes awarded as tournament winnings in place of money must be a minimum of twice the value of the monetary prize being replaced.

V. Tournaments will pay one place for every 4 boats.

Rule #6:
Bass Fishing Guild Financial Information

I. Bass Fishing Guild financial statements shall be made available to any active member at the conclusion of each tournament season.
